[Umlaut bug]

When I try to use type an ' ë ' during character naming using ' " ' + e it just outputs ' "e '. When I try it a few times using the on screen keyboard I am able to inconsistently get the capital letter version ' Ë '. The game crashes when I quickly press any character after pressing ' " '. 

 

I am using English(UK) United-States International keyboard layout.

[FPS drop in the city]

It isn't actually the night tone, I have a couple topics about what exactly causes lag and why it's difficult to solve. Basically, it's just because the city is soo huge and the game has too much of it loaded at once. :x

Its 2 years later and the problem doesnt seem te be fixed. Does it help to apoint more memory to the game?
