Hey, so I just started playing Reborn, and I have a question: the Numel that can be caught near the ruined train station, is there any event I have to complete before it appears and becomes capturable? There's a thunderstorm going on right now in the game, but the Numel isn't there when I look for it. I would like to find it before I have to battle the green-haired jerk.
