Yup, I did! I just checked to make sure and it looks like I've dealt with her already. The member in the 7th street elevator is gone, so I am assuming I gave him his application. Unfortunately, I can't give the other members their applications for some reason.
I haven't played in a long time until just a couple weeks ago, so something may have happened with my file.

Hi, I'm attempting to complete the application sidequest and it isn't letting me use the applications on their intended aqua members. Archer is gone, so I assume that the quest has already begun.
If I could get help with this, i would appreciate it! Thank you!

I did do as you said before posting this thread, to see if that would fix it. And then, I did it again after your response. Both times, nothing happened. I believe, if I remember correctly, I started this file during E15, and when I picked it back up, it was right before the fight with Blake. So, that could be why. Idk.
Anyways, though, here's the file again, with my character at the Big Top.

I would appreciate getting some help with this... I really want to get back into playing this game, but I cannot due to the desire of getting these problems fixed before jumping back in. Please forgive me for essentially "bumping" this thread, but I watched as newer and newer threads got resolved without so much as a glance at mine.
I thoroughly apologize if I sound impatient or upset with this.

When episode 17 came around, I was a bit impatient and decided to use an old save file of mine I posted on the forums. However, I have found a few issues that I'll list here, some more important than others:
- I do not have the Pulse Dex, nor do I have the place you can access information on Field Effects. I have been able to collect entries for them, however.
- Corey's Skuntank will not interact with me, despite having the Silver Ring.
- In Azurine Island, I have looked around for the last two Foongus/Amoongus that the man in the sidequest said I supposedly had left. I am not sure if this has anything to do with me not looking hard enough, or there is an issue that can be fixed.
I would appreciate any bit of help I can get with this! ;;w;;

Does anyone know how to maneuver through the Scrapyard? I've entered quite a few carts, but most seemed to just be pointless and all I ended up getting out of it was a Steel Memory for my Silvally (which was, of course, helpful).

Hmmmm.. I'd have to say Canalave City. Idk, it just seems like a really chill place to live in. Plus, it seems like it'd have a really nice view of the ocean from where I may be able to stay!

The title is a bit self-explanatory, but yeah. This puzzle isn't working for me, as when I try to interact with the objects in the room, nothing happens. Having played through this part in a previous save file, I know that something should happen when I do this. Does something need to be fixed with the file itself, or is there something I can do in-game to fix it..? Thanks in advance for the help!~

Definitely Xatu! I.. don't really know why, though. Maybe it's the Xatu in the first PMD game that really got me to like it~

What's odd is that, with this being my second save file, the game froze at the same exact spot as my first save file (which has been solved already). I'm sure this isn't a coincidence, since it was literally at the same exact spot.
Can someone help me, please..? ;o;

Ah, I've done so several times, but to no avail. I've browsed this forum for similar cases and I tried the "hold down the right arrow key" method someone mentioned for a while, but this failed as well.

The game froze right after I beat the Spinel Town gym leader, right as she noticed the sound which was likely the Pokemart moving. It's saved at that point, just to let you know! I don't want to restart the entire game- ;o;
