  1. Noel wasn't a problem for me (cause of generic Blaziken with bulk up + speed boost). As for the question, I've beaten both Reborn and Rejuvenation in their current status. I just restarted rejuvenation for intense mode. Slaking didn't bother me, I know how to deal with it. Porygon2 got 1 shotted.

It was the fact that Cinccino was fast as hell with flinch hax that made it really infuriating to deal with.

  2. The hell is wrong with this pokemon?

It's rock blast **always** causes mine to flinch. It's fast as fuck (I would need a crobat to outrun it) and its attacks are horrendously high with a disgusting coverage kit.

What I want to know is why its rock blast has a 100% flinch proc. Is this a sick joke?

Luckily I was able to defeat her, but it was disgusting.

  3. HAHA, you got the worse of the deal....My Eevee got some good IV going at least lol

You can tell when the randomizer draw the number 19 (the text doesn't show up instantly, I did notice this). But 99% of the time it resets giving you no jackpots, it's BS

Kinda makes you question if it's even worth it. Probably Eevee since Ice and Steel become more prominent later in the game and counter the other two severely.

  4. iirc somebody did look at it, and did the math.

Simply speaking, the randomizer draws a number between 1-19, 1-18 representing the starters and 19 representing the three starters. Then I believe once you draw 19, it draws AGAIN from a bigger number and 3 of those represent the rare starters. If it doesn't draw the number for Eevee, Axew, or Ralts, it resets. So roughly speaking, its rarer than a shiny.

Okay, hell no then to those rare pokes.

  5. Ok thank you. Leafeon it is...

Jan needs to tweak this a little bit, I have spend over 2 hours on his game just resetting over and over again. People like to said Amethyst is sadistic but Jan 100% takes the fucking cake.....

It took me over 60+ reset for a Ralts and another 190+ for a Eevee............and it doesn't end there

Look at the horrible nature and stats...

  6. It's not getting tweaked :T. Welcome to the third episode of "things that never had to be a thing in the first place".

    1. It's optional.

    2. It gives out pretty rare Pokemon for the game currently.

    3. Look at the second sentence.

Maybe I should take it out?

Your choice if you want to take it out.

And I'm just saying that relying on high RNG for rare pokes that already have plenty of counters in early game with the risks of natures and IVs being against them can be rather frustrating. It is optional of course, though two of them can be caught only through this method.

  7. Sick of the over indulgence in making the gym leaders have a overly compensation of a competitive team. Keta for example, a whole fighting team with anti-flying and anti-psychic coverage with obscene stats implemented in them. I'm sure the try hards find this all well and good, but personally I find it disgusting when there's a need to make OP teams this early in the game.

Not to mention the critical hit ratio for enemies have been disgustingly apparent. Along with the accuracy of their status effects. Oh and how Ren's entire team got a ninja buff? Seriously, stop with the try hard.

  8. I'm not exactly sure how to get to its location since when I enter B2, there's usually a boulder in the way in the center of ice and when pushed it just goes all the way and I cannot walk a path along the line.

Anyway to get into B2 and to Lapras's location?

  9. Definitely a great episode. I really liked being able to see some of the early Gym Leaders. The PULSE Swalot gave me a lot of trouble. I retried that fight three times. I fought Taka, because I wanted to be nice to the guy, and I lost to him once and beat him on the second try. The 2v2 Battles weren't too difficult for me. Florinia and Julia didn't give me too much trouble, so I imagine I got lucky. I definitely liked the interaction between all the returning characters. And hopefully, Victoria will come back for another battle. I kind of missed her during those few episodes.

Also, are people really shocked about Ciel's Altaria? The analysis from the television from the previous episode actually says that Ciel has a Mega Altaria.

I was able to defeat Mega Altaria pretty easily with Sylveon. Then again, I have Sylveon OP as hell at the moment, so without her, I probably would've been in big trouble.

  10. Florinia made me so salty. Her Himpowdon literally killed me more times than it killed our opponents. And who do you not fight during the Meteor raid if you fight Taka? I didn't fight him so I'm curious

Who do I "not" fight? Not sure how to answer that...I was confronted by two meteor guards, Fern and Blake, and then Solaris and the Orderly. It was pretty underwhelming for me, difficulty wise. Plot wise? Quite thrilling.

  11. Let's talk about plot development!!! For a short episode, there was a lot compacted into it. Early signs of mega-evolution (gimme mah swampertitie)! Also got my well deserved match against Solaris. Only complaint: Florinia. The only reason those double battles were hard because her PKMN kept killing mine.

I feel like a true fight with Solaris would be best left as a 1v1, although his pokemon did not impress me either with only Garchomp probably giving me trouble cause of how fast it was compared to my team (but stood no chance against Sylveon).

Hopefully whenever we fight Lin, she'll be a true menace. Like I want to be drove to rage quit against her.
