i just started the narcissa quest for v12 and im stuck in the room. what do?

In each column there will be one color in white.  There are 6 columns, so read the white number in each column from left to right, and that's the password.

So i finally solved the puzzle but..... how do I use it for the password. Do i just gotta try all the combis?
