Are you playing Version 3.0.2.? If you're, it has a bug that causes wild Pokemon to knock Pokeballs away if you have running toggled on. Toggle it off and you should be fine (as in walk, don't run if you want to catch Pokemon).
A bug that even makes sense.
Oh well, the problem is, I have no idea how I turned on automatic running...

Hey, the pokemon I try to catch (Magby and Torkoal, Ranger quests) keep knocking the pokeballs away, is this a bug or did I mess something up big time?

Just interact with them. It sounds like a bug.
If it seems like it's not working, go outside and re-enter the room. The puzzle works fine assuming you don't make any mistakes.
Well, it worked now for some reason.
I could swear that I did it right before, which apparently isn't as it is.

The braille riddle doesn't seem to work for me.
I keep going NE, SW, SE, NW.. did it like 10 times.
Am I perhaps missing the how to touch those rocks? -
Whose nature/attacks does it inherit after the fusion?

I have to find Crawli because he is not in his Gym, I have fought that Dancer guy and he told me something I didn't quite catch.
(Edit, found out that I had to travel to a secret island by ship)

Well, it's me again.
I think that I have genuine save file problems this time.
Most of the time when I enter an interior, it's either completely dark, or disordered beyond recognition(I don't have screenshots this time, but I saved in front of a cave which has problems with interior)

This was actually a small error in the script itself, not in your savefile! When testing out the game I got the same error (albeit a bit more detailed), but I found out what was causing it so here's a quick patch for your game. It should solve the issue :] Just throw the data files in your Data folder and you should be set to go again!
Works like a charm now, thanks a lot.

Okay, so I exited the room Titania was stuck in (the second time, after the double battle) to heal my pokemon, when I came back, the water level was raised and I think I messed my game up, what am I supposed to do?
Or am I being an idiot and missing something crucial?

you aren't stuck just wait a bit your game is lagging because it is loading weather

Later on, if I was to change it's nature, would it keep the stats of the prior nature, or would the stats be just like they would be if that pokemon was the chosen nature from level 1?

It's been something over two hours of soft reseting to get a female, modest Espurr.
I still didn't get it.It was shiny 3 times so far, so it's getting really frustrating.
Is there any better way without a synchronizer?

When I have no responsibilities I usually wake up thanks to the not quite soothing sounds of the outside world waking up, children going to school while screaming at each other, cats performing their mating songs, family members arguing about damn near anything, the beginning of the nuclear armageddon, and so on; You should get the idea.
The first thing that comes to my head then are completely hate filled, murderous urges, which put me back to sleep.Then, after a while I just wake up, stretch my crispy bones, walk out of bed holding to anything I can get my hands on before I reach the bathroom; Chug down some water, wash my teeth, and only then am I ready to partake in a conversation (usually the "good morning" bull).
Now one may think that I'm not a morning person, but it's not quite true, I am; But only if you let me decide when said morning begins.

You just have to keep trying honestly. Quick Claw and Focus band have a pretty low % chance of activation, so it's all luck. (I think 10% for Focus Band, not sure for Quick Claw)
Hold items do work, they just don't trigger 100% of the time. Iirc, Quick Claw only activates at a 12.5% chance and Focus Band only activates at a 10% chance.
If you've found the Focus Sash earlier in-game (under the grand stairway) and have a Pokémon with Destiny Bond or Perish Song, you can just use that to quickly KO Arceus.
That being said, it's hard to outspeed Arceus, but not impossible to win the battle without above-mentioned strategy.
Welp. I thought they have a 100% chance of triggering.

what does your team look like? There are quite easy ways to beat this thing with the right pokemon
Charizard; Level 60
Flygon; Level 60
Ampharos; Level 60
Dusclops; Level 56
Emboar; Level 55
Toxicroak; Level 51
Electrode; Level 60
Floatzel; Level 55
Heatmor; Level 49
Those are my highest leveled ones, I've got plenty more but most of them are level 20 or lower.

Hello, I need some help in advancing in the game;
I'm at the part where I have to battle El's Ditto-Arceus (which appears to have stats nothing short of the real Arceus)
I'm keeping my Pokemon at level 60 and I find the battle quite hard for a couple of reasons which I will name a bit later in this thread, but before I do, I have to say that I have spent about 2 hours figuring out the Pinsir/Heracross riddle, to get the Tech Guy's glasses, then I went to the dept store and bought a ton of Quick Claws and Focus Bands, but to my bad luck, Arceus doesn't seem to care, his Judgement and Dark Pulse are not priority moves to my knowledge, but they still somehow out-speed my Quick Claw holding pokemon, oh and he doesn't care about Focus Band either, like, at all.
I've thought that all that may be because El's Dittoceus is also holding a Quick Claw, but it's constant, frustrating healing made me realize that it actually had Leftovers as hold item (and the game text said so too), so basically, I'm all out of any wisdom.Additional info, the first Pokemon holding a Quick Claw I send to battle does attack first, but the others don't, so maybe you can just use one Quick Claw per duel? But that doesn't explain why Focus Band didn't work later on...
So, any explanation why the hold items didn't work?
Or any advice how I can beat it? Get a Wynaut with destiny bond or somesuch?
PS: I know (or moreso, I've heard) that I can just side with El and lose and the story will continue, but being "wrong" is just not in my nature.
