[Loading from previous save file- 9 Hours lost, SOS]

So I have 2 save files, one where I am in the middle of the Labradorra challenge, and one from pre-chapter 19. I have both files and technically only one save game from overall. My game keeps trying to spawn me from a previous save in Spinel instead of Labradorra and wants me to redo 9 hours of work. I found the info for the Labradorra save but my game won't recognize it. help please! Attaching both files below

Hello! I'm at a part where the doctor is dragged into some basement and I keep getting lost/can't find him. I have run around in circles several times. Anyone have any tips to find him while groping around in the dark?

Nevermind! It took me about 6-7 turns of finding them for it to appear. Also, try walking around behind the tower, you just might find something

I am having an issue. I have gone around and grabbed all 3 of those yellow shards and the tower had not appeared in that back area. I even went back around again and some of the oasis' were back in place. I did not leave the desert at all or enter/leave any caves/trains or enter any battles with pokemon. Help please

I have no clue what it is, but every time I drain the tube, it will only occasionally say that it worked (not sure if it is always supposed to say the lava started flowing). And there is this one portion that will not drain at all and every time I go back to the floor beneath it, the drain has reset. (I will drain it, go upstairs, go back downstairs and it is reset.) HELP!
