the only dark spots i see are on the ground and only cracks on the wall think i need glasses or pictures

i have 5 badges and i keep seeing people say smash a wall but is it really a wall or a rock

how far in the game do you have to be in the game to get it i made it to north obsidia ward so i know you get the house key in the railnet by strength and rock smashing but i think i smashed all the rocks i can and i still can't find it so could someone help maybe a screenshot of the specific rock to smash and could i have sold it by accident can't remember.
