  1. Well... It must be recent enough to be the version of the 18th episode so I dunno...

Maybe it has to do with the level difference then ?

I don't want to risk downloading another reborn game and deleting my saved data :x

Edit : Oh, it is episode 17. I see, so I didn't really finish that game, did I ?

  2. Hello people!

After beating the game around 2 years ago, I decided to get back at it. Now, in my last run through the game, I didn't attempt to overtake Solaris' Garchomp on Pyrous Mountain. Now, I do want to see what impact there is in beating that Garchomp, and I think that the most reliable way to do so is either through Perish song or destiny bond. I tried the latter, which in my mind was easier to get and just proceeded in bringing that lvl 20 Drifloon to Solaris right away.

Only, destiny bond didn't kill it. It damaged it, but this isn't how the move is supposed to be working from my experiences with Pokemon.
I understand that this is a known issue that has been resolved after I finished with this game. Meaning my Reborn game isn't the patched up version.

What I'd like to know, is if the patched up version makes this move happen right ? Even when you move last?

That's all I'd like to know. Thanks for your answers in advance!

  3. A.N.A sidequest, upon speaking with Jenny in the hospital of hope, Ana tells the player that she's going to look for the nurse Joy that lost her child. I've looked everywhere in GDC and I haven't found her, as such I found that a little weird.
I looked on a Youtuber's video about this quest, and that guy meets Ana after leaving the hospital of hope... I don't.

The game doesn't freeze, crash or anything. I just can't find Ana.
I wondered if it was possible that the story advancement may be linked with that. Other than that, I have no real idea as to what might be causing this.

  4. I know this is over a month old, but I got to this place through story progression, followed what the notes gave me, and at that end (after the 16th button press) as I put the black shard into the machine, it doesn't work. I've been retrying this for a long time now, for the same result to happen.
    Order tried :

    Put Ore in furnace

Red, blue, green, red, red, take black shard out of the furnace, blue, purple, gold, green, red, green, red, blue, gold and finally purple.
I know there is a secret note, but I think it unrelated to the 'story riddle' as it contradicts the regular notes.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  5. I only got past this guy with revives. Giratina isn't even the issue, it's mainly just all his pokes have like the strongest stabs available. Iron head (lvl 45 move), shadow claw (doesn't learn that naturally) for Doublade, Sludge bomb/shadow ball (doesn't learn that naturally at lvl 33) for haunter, shadow bone/Boomerang for A.Marowak (granted this one is legit), the trevenant is legit, giratina have aurasphere, shadow/dragon claw. Granted all those moves can be learned by those pokes, they are too powerful for this stage in the game. I mean... it's just before the fourth gym battle !
Challenge is good, but unfairness isn't challenging, it's just annoying to find loopholes in this fight because of this unfairness.
I got past it thank god.
And Alolan Raichu isn't available at this stage in the game.

  6. I have a few questions considering the pokemon you can get in the beryl ward after the city restoration.
In the cemetary area, before the restoration, I could occasionally find some Fletchlings hanging around... But I can't find them anymore now that the city is restored. So, is it still obtainable after restoration ?

Thanks a lot for those who know!

  7. I didn't have that much experience with mega evolutions since I don't play official pokemon games. I played mega gardevoir on pokemon omicron though and damn she looks awesome. Her sp. Att / sp Def stats are pretty high too, which makes her reliable as a tank ( against non physical attackers ) that deals damage. I can see the use of such a pokemon on competitive play.

My picture tells a lot, I guess. I love gardevoir since the day I laid eyes on her. Love her design and all.

I don't have a least favourite mega evolution though. I think I'll be able to tell more once I gather the courage to purchase a 3DS. I'm such a lazy buddy it's not even funny gah...
