No, none of my current pokemon can learn surf, unfortunately. And my more recent save is inside the computer. =/ How/where do I upload my save file then?

Hi, all. So, I'm currently stuck in Terra's computer. Shortly before you get to Mewtwo, there's a little bit of water, but none of my team knows surf and I can't figure out how to access a PC. Can anyone help me?
