Well Rampardos' Atk is only surpassed by Kyu-B unless I am missing something. The problem lies with... Well, pretty much all other stats. See? This is why I am so pissed with the Mega concept: stop giving us Mega versions of already powerful/outright broken mons and give us Mega Rampardos already!
