[Sewing the Seeds]

This is a really cool idea, I'm glad that the team is still finding ways to get more mileage out of the field effects. Now I'm waiting to see how the gym leaders will use these items. Between these seeds, Gen VII pokemon and the Z-Crystals, they will have plenty of new toys to play with. I'm having nightmares already.

Great job Marcello for implementing Gen VII mechanics! And we even get memes along with it. hopefully you've managed to sneak some memes into Reborn without Ame noticing it. Can't wait for Noel to have a Z-Conversion Porygon-Z, and it'll turn ghost-type just to mess up our fighting attacks.

Wow, that was really fast. Congrats team for finishing all the sprites, they look amazing as always! Will you be opening up a thread in the public development forum for the shiny sprites?

 

And now that the mapping for the desert has started I can't wait to see some screenshots in the coming months (really curious about the mirage tower).

If thats the case, the quiz in OTS for corsola's BST will then have to be changed too.

 

 

Will the G7 new pokes be available in the wild, cause that's new encounter tables to do, and i wonder how alolan form pokes will be introduced.

 

Every change to the old pokemons will be implemented in the game. This means Drizzle Pelipper, Cursed Body Gengar, stat changes, moveset changes, etc. This could also mean a rebalancing of where older pokemon will be found in the game (such as axing Wingull until a much later point in the story).

 

New pokemon will be retroactively added into the existing parts of the game, so we won't have to wait until E17 content to find G7 mons. I guess the Alolan Forms will be introduced in the same way as the gen VII pokemon, through in-game events or just finding them in the wild (such as finding A-Vulpix and A-Sandshrew in Ametrine). The new starters are going to be available right at the start of the game with the rest of starters.

This is very exciting! The three sprites shown are already looking gorgeous (especially that Ninetales), and apparently already 1/4 of them were done. Ame continues surprising us with her amazing work. Thank you Ame and the team for your continued effort in making Reborn the best possible game.

 

Also, I wonder if a few of the leaders teams will be updated with gen VII pokemon? For example, Oricorio would fit in perfectly with Julia's team (because of the cheerleading stuff) and could quite easily replace her Emolga. Also every trainer should have an A-Ninetales because it's sheer majesty needs to be shared with the world.
