['Where do I go now?']

i was able to defeat charlotte and i'm now in ametrine city but i'm not sure what to do from here? like i think i'm supposed to be looking for a "suspicious" looking house and there is a pretty obvious one but nothing happens when i go inside. i've checked all other houses, completed the missingno sidequest but i just don't know what to do from here (sorry for all the questions i'm so dumb)

EDIT: i made a point to talk to EVERY NPC and figured it out

and where would i find charlotte? last i remember she ran after laura and i couldn't find her again. also where is the froakie puzzle located? all i can find is the conkeldurr one

EDIT: i found the froakie puzzle (its almost hidden ) and i was able to advance the story

i arrived at Calcenon City and talked to everyone yadda yadda..... i was pretty sure noel told me i needed to go back to agate circus in order to challenge another gym leader and obtain HM waterfall so i went ALL THE WAY BACK and now i feel like that might have been the wrong move. does anyone know what i should do from here?

So as you all know, encountering a shiny Pokemon in the Reborn Region is not quite as an impossible task as it is in other regions. I certainly have stumbled upon my fair share of shinies, and I was wondering what shiny Pokemon YOU have run into?

Wooww that's embarrassing... why not that was my fault for having a brain fart but thank you guys for being so helpful! The community on here seems really great

edit Also just one more question... was I not supposed to travel back to Agate Circus? I thought there was another gym leader waiting there for me so I could get HM Waterfall but I don't see anybody waiting? (sorry for all the dumb questions, there's just not a lot of walkthroughs for this game up to this point)

I am trying to make my way back to the circus area for another gym badge but I can't exit the Celestinine Mountain. The only other exit I could find was the one where you needed to place Crustle but unfortunately I did not complete that area as I didn't think it was mandatory. Am I just being dumb and missing another way out?

(also, love the game! this is my first post here and my first time encountering an issue)
