I watched a guide in youtube. I went to Cain's house with data chip but the restoration machine works just fine

nah jk, right now I'm training to beat Charlotte and on TV -in Calcenon city- Gossip Gardevoir said something about one slowpoke falling into the water (waterfall where absol appeared?) but I can't find anything
