Looking at the document, it says that Smoochum is available in Sheridan by trading Igglybuff, though I can't find the person to trade it with. Along with that, it says that Hawthorne is available to give you the Elekid and Magby eggs as early as before the 2nd badge, and he isnt appearing for me. Yeah this is my bad, Im still playing on 13.0.2, didn't update to 13.0.3

I'm having trouble with the egg problem myself and the mega file link isnt working ;~;
