It's available in the patch in Goldenwood Forest (after the incident) around the time you evolve the rockruff. You can also get a hidden ability rockruff by trading with someone at Oceana Pier.

Hi, can I ask which patch in Goldenwood Forest are you referring to? As in any grass in the Goldenwood Forest? Also after the incident = after the whole Rift Gyarados thing or after the Park Restoration?

I have tried searching around 5 - 6 pm but I didn't see any Dusk Lycanroc / Own Tempo Rockruff.

Also, do you know what needs to be done so the lady trading Own Tempo Rockruff will appear in Oceana Pier? I cannot seem to find a way to make her appear.

  2. I found a few bugs so far.

Firstly, during the Lavender portion of v11, just after we must choose between

    releasing Giratina or leaving it

my game crashed no matter what choice I took. So I am basically stuck in that part. Anyone can help me proceed?

I found 2 bugs related to other part of the game:

    Spoiler

After meeting Damien and Alexandra in Sashila village, we are supposed to have some free time. So I tried to explore Zorrialyn Labyrinth. First bug is despite the guide mentioning that we have limited steps to complete the labyrinth, the game does not seem to count the steps. Like I can just happily keep on exploring the place. Second bug is when I reached 3rd floor (the one where we have to show a Rock / Water Pokemon), I couldn't proceed any further as it seems I need to use Dive. However, at that point of time, we cannot use Dive yet due to not having enough badge. Also, the use of Escape Rope is somehow forbidden so basically I was stuck in the labyrinth. In fact, this is the bug that I encountered first that caused me to reload my backup save file to redo v11 from beginning before I got stuck again with the above Lavender bug LOL.

  3. Spoiler

I too found Titania much much more difficult than Amaria. So far I had done 3 mono runs (Psychic, Poison and Fairy) and consistently had more problem with Titania than Amaria. Although that may be because my mono run types are naturally more vulnerable to steel.

Titania's Scizor and Aegislash were nightmares for my Psychic team. Especially Aegislash... Finally beat her with an unexpected MVP: Girafarig. That Normal typing shut down Shadow Sneak and good ol' Girafarig outsped Aegislash so a couple of Revives + Shadow Ball finally took down that damn shield & sword. I chose Double for Amaria and Exeggutor + Jynx swept through her whole team with no switch at all.

Interestingly, mono Poison run had the easiest time against Titania. Probably because I already knew what to expect. Also long live Nido royalties and Toxicroak! Went for Single against Amaria and not much problem too. Venusaur set up Grassy Terrain and my team demolished her in no time at all.

Fairy run against Titania... Do I need to say more? It was pretty painful. Her team is tough but not exceedingly so, except of course the damn Aegislash. In the end I resorted to using Intimidate + Revive combo with Mawile & Granbull against her Aegislash and just let Hail do its job. Cheap tactic but hey, whatever works. Double against Amaria and again she was so laughably easy after Titania that I honestly could not really remember how her team went down.

  4. First of all let me just say that I LOVE both games. They are leaps and bounds ahead of other Pokemon fan-games out there in terms of content and execution. So much so that I have been neglecting GW2 in favor of doing multiple mono runs on both games these past few weeks LOL.

If I have to compare the 2 games, I would say that I prefer Reborn over Rejuvenation. One simple reason is because I played Reborn first and through Reborn I got to know Rejuvenation. So that's that. Also, story-wise I honestly love Reborn's story and characters more. Sure they are not perfect but I just prefer them over Rejuvenation. Sometimes I feel that too much is going on in Rejuvenation at the same time and too many new characters are introduced at the 11th hour without meaningful reason for their introduction. Also what's up with the constant stream of female companions??? Honestly it makes me feel like I am in a Taylor squad or playing a waifu-picking game which is not my cup of tea.

However, I do have to give it up to Rejuvenation for the beautiful maps, more polished sidequests and player-friendliness. Well, the first point is actually a neutral point since the desolate environment of Reborn works well as a frame for the story. However, aesthetically speaking, I do adore Rejuvenation's color palette and atmosphere (ie. Darclight Woods, Goldenleaf Town). The Help Center is also a brilliant idea and adds hours of playtime. I also feel that Rejuvenation is more player-friendly, for example the existence of trucks traveling between towns make breeding or move relearning much easier. Reborn sometimes feel punishing for the sake of punishing. For example after you move to Agate Circus, you lose access to the Dept Store and Daycare, effectively limiting your options. I get that it is more realistic (which in a twisted sense makes me appreciate the restriction) but as a player it really annoys me that the game basically took away my tools to prepare for difficult fights without much warning except for a short comment from Cain before we enter Agate. The first time it happened, yeah cool, you really feel that Reborn is a dangerous place and you must always prepare yourself at all times. But on subsequent playthroughs, you would already know what to prepare and buy before entering Agate and the restriction just becomes an annoying gimmick IMO.

After beating E17 gyms, an npc can be found to the bottom right of the Grand Hall whos quest gets you a mega ring. Z-ring isn't in E17 to my knowledge

    Spoiler

I think the Mega Ring is also a Z-Ring. It is named as Mega-Z Ring in game.

  6. Spoiler

Hi all! Sooo since EP17 finally gave us Mega-Z Ring to play with, I am wondering what are the new mega stones available in this episode? From lurking around the forum and finding them in game, I understand that Pidgeotite, Houndoominite, Aggronite and Sharpedonite are now available. Any other new Mega Stone?

  8. Hi, I need help to reset HC Classified Information request. So I was happily doing it until the moment where we are supposed to go to Darclight Caves but once I was transported there, the 2 important NPCs were nowhere to be found. So I walked back to GDC and it seemed that I could retake the request. However, retaking the quest did not help as the 2 NPCs were missing. They are not even in 36th floor of Central Building.

So my save file is attached. Appreciate if someone could help to reset the whole quest chain so I can redo it and hopefully not bugged again during the Darclight Caves part. Thanks!
