When i right click,no 'Run as an administrator' option pops up.I know what you're talking about,but it's not there.

I played reborn a while back before,around chapter 7,but that file is long gone and I have tried to play again because youtube user Shofu's playthrough seems really fun.But upon clicking on the "Game' file,it's icon a multicolored pokeball,the mouse changes to a loading icon for a bit and then nothing happens.Can anyone help me figure out what to do?
