  1. It's surreal to see Reborn in a complete state after having discovered the game nearly a decade ago, but it feels really good to have it here. From what I've played thus far (I restarted from the beginning, haven't played since e18)- the game just feels complete, the early game changes have felt really nice to play and I can't imagine going back to their pre e19 versions. Major kudos to the team for getting it out, and no matter how much we're enjoying it, I am certain the dev team feel better than anyone else to have e19 out there. It's been a wild ride.

    @Xiri It's been awesome knowing you these past two years man, (time flies, holy hell, doesn't it?) and if I hadn't met you I doubt I would have stayed with the community for very long or gotten involved with Redemption or Nations 3. Keep on being great my dude.

     

    @Morshu It's been a lot of fun talking to you more regularly this past while, you're a hilarious and just all around great guy and a lot of fun to talk to in general. Also I took your just eat pizza.

     

    @Hycrox What's up meme man? You've been a blast to talk to for this past year, always a laugh or just fun to be had in general when you're around. 

     

    @Amakeyasiru! It took me like 5 minutes to find your forum name to ping you, lmao. You've been a good friend for this last year, I appreciate you man and it's always fun to hang out and talk about just whatever really.

     

    @Ironbound Ayyy Viri, it's been my pleasure to have gotten to know you this past while. You've always got something good to say, and are always willing to lend an ear to anyone who needs it.

     

    @Bazaro Baz, Bacteria, Jesus, and whatever else my phone feels like calling you at the current moment, you're a cool guy with a good sense of humor. It was great working with you on Redemption and I'm glad we still mess around in other servers.

     

    @Azeria ~~Sup Edgeboy~~ My dude, you're great to have around and just hang out with. Glad that we've still been doing some stuff since Redemption ended, and you helped make Redemption be a lot more enjoyable experience to work on in general.

     

    @ZEL Heyo! I'm kinda just repeating myself at this point, but it's been nice to meet you and hang out this past while and that you're pretty cool.

     

    @Sardines You've always got something good to say and your presence just makes any group you're a part of better. Keep at it man.

     

     

    @InnocentSerenity What's up, ya goof. You're a really fun person to be around, with your quips and generally bright and sunny but somehow snarky attitude that's just pretty great in general. I also wanna thank you for introducing me to some really cool people this past year, thanks man, I'm lucky I got to meet you, Xiri, Bibs, and Krim in Nations 2.

     

    @krim Another one of the people I've known longest around here, it's been good to just chat and hang out with you. You can always make a good point even when arguing for an unpopular stance, and thanks for introducing me to some great people this past year.

     

    And for everyone not pinged cause either I don't know your forum name or are part of a larger group, you guys are all awesome. Shoutouts to the entire redemption crew as well, it wouldn't have been as fun without any of you.

    90 participants would be ideal, though we'll make do with less if need be and happily accept more. Speaking of that, the team assignment will either begin in a week from now, or if we hit 90 participants before then. Late joiners will be assigned to a nation at random.

    Just boot back up the follower mod and disable them, it should be fine?

Nobody suggests even leaving her behind for the sake of survival. Like if any normal person was given a chance to escape or survive, they very well would leave a friend behind for their own sake. Aelita is a stranger to these people yet they don't question leaving her behind for the sake of the greater good. 

    I kinda getcha here but at the same time, Valarie, Adam, and Saki (especially Valarie since most of the people are from Akuwa town, and she's charged with their safety) want to save every single person trapped on the island, so missing Aelita is a big problem to them.

    It'll take a while, I wait for a few bug fix patches to be released to avoid having to restart development + just the best experience.

    Remember to talk to this NPC before changing versions please! They are found in every single Pokemon Center/a few other areas like the Xen Brigade!

    EDIT: The graphics files in the mod also seem to have a different background image for the forest field than the main game does, somehow. o: I'm not really sure how that happened, but thought I'd mention it just so you know.

     

    EDIT x2: Whoops, sorry I keep adding things to this post. >_> Last one, I promise! I took another look, and it looks like a number of graphics files are different from the current E17 release. Specifically, I noticed that the small pokémon sprites in the menu seem to be different for most pokémon. Possibly there are other things like this too, but if so I haven't noticed. Here's a comparison to show what I mean:

    The second one was intentional, it's the updated menu sprites from the 3ds games onwards. For the first one, I changed it for personal use since I preferred the old forest background and I guess I forgot to restore it. Thanks for reporting the message typo!

    Did you change many of the contents of Reborn's Scripts.rxdata? The more youc hanged there, the more collisions might happen, but adding Waynolt's magic line of code to the top of the Main script might make his whole mod pack compatible with your mod. This is the only modification he did to the Scripts.rxdata:

    I still have to decide whether the existing bugs put me off, but your mod looks very, VERY interesting. Maybe I'll give it a shot at some point.

     

    There are quite a few changes to scripts.rxdata. There’s an entire new section for the follower Pokémon, changes to some of the items/hm sections so that items like escape ropes and moves like dig or surf work. Animations.rxdata has a few additions for the emotions of the follower Pokémon and the animations for the Pokémon coming out of their poke ball/going into it. (There are files for those in the animations folder, in the graphics folder as well.) I also had to add a blank common event as the messages for when you talk to your Pokémon are channeled through that. The event changes on the maps are largely cosmetic so that characters don’t phase right through your Pokémon, but the changes to healing events were absolutely vital.
