Ok so after months of quitting this game I decided to give it a go again However there have been many changes since I downloaded this again yesterday. They're all great. But I was wondering if it is not possible to catch the Scraggy in the Obsidia Ward anymore after you beat the gang and come back on your way to get the Cut HM. Could someone tell me please? Thanks.
