uhhhh as sad as it is for me to say (cause I haven't actually done as much playing of this game as I would like, haven't been around for long) but for my first run that I'm doing (and putting up on youtube) i just checked my game and I'm at 8 hours 15 minutes and I've yet to beat the Flobot let alone all 12 episodes but that is also including a shit ton of time for grinding and stuff

But as far as your question goes, in theory as far as changing Arceus' type by flinging a plate at it should work however the description for Judgement says that the moves typing varies based on the plate being held (so basically it will always be STAB) but if you could fling at him a type plate that would do little damage against your own team that would probably still accomplish what your looking for.

Im interested in looking for a few Pokemon that seem to have only been available in earlier versions (either that or Im just too dumb to be able to find them) Elekid, Tynamo, Misdreavus, Swinub. I'm having almost the same problem, I've tried a couple different recording softwares but no matter what I use it won't record any game audio (I'm also on a MAC) if you get anywhere let me know
