  1. Mine is Delphox. Both Sabrina in Y and Alex in PR have been nothing but dependable. Sabrina has beaten things she had no business in beating, like a Scarfed Keldeo, and I actually beat Noel with Ale because he was overleveled, and his attack choices were better than mine. Most dependable pokemon I have ever worked with.

  2. Sucker Punch Furfrou is your friend.

Also, Hurricane Noivern works very well too. I beat Noel with the Furfrou *Fur Coat halves physical damage*, Noivern, and an overleveled Delphox who mercifully chose better attacks than I did.

As for feeling like you are only doing this through luck, try a different approach. Don't think of it as a game, think of it as going on a real adventure.

If you win a fight through "luck" rather than any strategy you came up, then you can interpret that as your pokemon coming through for you. Be proud of your team when this happens, you'll find much more satisfaction.

Tried to lend a hand and fix up that rad gradient of yours. ~B. Guardian

  3. A Miltank in Reborn. Prior to this unholy demon, I had a perfect shine record. Every shiny pokemon I ever saw, I caught. There were a few close calls where they almost died, or I was low on pokeballs, but I always caught them.

And then this thing showed up. I got it down to the red, I had 30 pokeballs on me....AND IT GOT OUT OF EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. I had to kill it, and now have a whole new level of hatred for that stupid cow.

  4. So I was kinda hellbent on getting Tynamo, and went through the former magikarp Fiasco thinking Tynamo replaced it. Needless to say, I was less than pleased when I got a Ducklett instead. Curse you Ame *shakes fist at* XD

So, how late/where is Tynamo? I'd hate to fall back on Shinx again, but it sounds like I don't have a choice if I want a good electric type. *has a second playthrough*

  5. Much excitement on my account. Gonna go download and dive in. And watch Terra thoroughly destroy the laws of physics

(Y'all dropping little tidbits? Thank you, I'll keep them in mind for later~)

Yeah my post is a thinly-veiled spoiler on how to get through one of the puzzles XD

  6. Have you ever been so angry that you felt like doing something? Like maybe just shoving things with all your might? I mean sometimes I could just push a pokemon, y'know? Though, it would probably be annoyed with me if I tried. If only there was some way to keep it calm. Meh, I'll just go shake down a tree instead.

Maybe it'll drop a blue apple, yummy <3

in all seriousness, I like to use Cobalion because it can wall other walls and shut them down with sacred sword. Assault Vest Cobalion can be pretty damn stubborn too if it wants to be

XD I gotta say, I was not expecting someone to pull that. Good on ya Noivy, good on ya lmao

  8. Dragalge hands down. My Dragalge in Y, Cammie, took 2 Moonblasts from a Xerneas in a fight against a stranger, and she LAUGHED in rainbow-deer's face as she Sludge-Waved it to death. She hits like a truck too, and I have won many battles because of her tanking pokemon that killed everyone else.

  9. Now I KNOW you ain't hating on my Stealth-Rock Destroyer. Braviary may not be the speed-demon that Staraptor is, but he can take a beating and dish it back.

Sheer Force Crush Claw hits like a truck with a Life Orb, which I don't know if we can get this time around but even without it, it's still a force to be reckoned with. I have won many a battle in Y because of my beloved Braviary. That's in the Metagame, btw.
