whilst it seems relevant as the whole Saki thing was a game of hide and seek between them and X, I can't see anything that would relate to this part of the puzzle.

It feels like something's missing from the sentence, and googling "It takes 2 twoo" brings up a search for "It takes 2 to twit twoo" which makes me think there's a twitter page somewhere but alas.... I can't figure out how to get there if there is.

The layout of the gif sentence is sus in itself; It takes 2 twoo. The 2 is smaller than the rest of the text and the twoo is in a weird position to the rest.

Really hoping there's more to this otherwise sadge
