Trivia Time: Blissey has the highest base HP of all Pokemon, at 255. This also means that it has the highest base total of any single stat out of all Pokemon, as well. Blissey also has the highest base Special Defense of all Normal types. Blissey shares its category with Togetic, both are known as the Happiness Pokemon.

Excluding Arceus, Blissey and its family have the most in-game items associated with them, with foure: the Lucky Punch, Lucky Egg, Luck Incense, and the Oval Stone. Finally, Blissey has the highest base experience yield of any other Pokemon, at 608. Before Generation V, this total was 255, which was shared with Happiny, Chansey and Arceus.
