Hitmontop can also learn the most priority moves out of ANY Pokemon, with 14 increased priority moves and 2 reduced priority moves. Though Hitmotop and Tyrogue can both have the ability Steadfast, a Tyrogue cannot keep Steadfast when it evolves into one, as Steadfast is Tyrogue's second ability while it's Hitmontop's Hidden Ability.
