Excluding Arceus, Chansey's evolutionary family also has the most items dedicated to them, with 4: Lucky Punch, Lucky Egg, Luck Incense and Oval Stone. Chansey and Happiny share the same base Attack and Defense, which are also the lowest, both base stats being just 5.
