I forgot to mention I need to add my Rejuvenation team to my signature too. Though I think that can wait until I've actually completed it since I'm still in the process of breeding a few extra members now that I've finished V9.

Ah, I see. Well it is unfortunate that they had to close it down, but one can hope it will return one day soon. Maybe when Amethyst finishes working on the game she could try to re-organise it? I doubt that a lot, but I really hope so.

Alright cool, that'll be interesting to see! May even give spoilers on future events in the game but it'd definitely be interesting to compare the 'real' characters to the game ones and look at the influences and inspirations the game drew from them. That reminds me - I recently noticed that neither Adrienn nor xyr gym was originally in the game, did Adrienn exist back on the PO server or is xe a recent character? (My b if either of the pronouns are incorrect, I'm still trying to adjust to those. >.<)

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of a league like this. I really enjoyed playing in the Reborn League when that happened. I just get really prideful when it comes to competitive Pokémon so it can be frustrating to lose at times, and I don't feel I'm ready for that yet since I've been out of touch with competitive Pokémon. The main reason I played the Reborn League was because of it's ties to the game, but it's not the only reason I did it. The idea of being able to earn badges against actual people is a fascinating concept. I'm sure I'll get to it eventually if it's still on by the time I do it, I'm just kinda disappointed that it doesn't have the connections to the game that the original Reborn League did. You know, now that I think about it, why didn't they just try to restart the Reborn League again? (Probably a super ignorant question but that's my inner fanboy talking.)

That's sorta what bothered me about it. It sounds very similar and like it could be fun, but the main reason I got involved in the Reborn League is because I knew the Gym Leaders since they were from the games, but this new League doesn't seem to have any sort of relation to the Reborn League at all. I'm not sure if I'll get involved with it (at least for a while, I'd need to see more about it to really decide.) I'm not sure if it's better or worse that Ame isn't involved with it but that has me sort of skeptical too. It seems well organised from what little I've seen, it just doesn't really have anything that actually makes me want to compete at this point sadly.

That being said though, if you plan on competing I wish you luck with that! If you can complete Reborn I'm sure you can beat some leaders in the Redemption League.

Oh, hey! Thanks for that comment, that was really interesting info to know. I agree about getting involved again, I've been meaning to myself but I keep forgetting to since it's been so long.

What is the Redemption League? Is it a revival of the Reborn League or is it something else entirely? I tried to find out earlier but all I saw were rules, not any history.

Yeah, I respect that. It doesn't stop them looking poor now, but I realise it was good at the time so it's no wonder people never really comment on it. Everything else about the game is fantastic so far though.

She was nerfed? I don't think I've battled her since she was nerfed, I never heard anything about that. Is there anything I have to be mindful of when updating the game, i.e no saving in Pokémon Center or something? I'm standing right in front of her. I'm gonna update and try again.

It's never going to be perfect, it's not like I expected that. It's just a lot of it sucked to me. It didn't give the power it really needed when they spoke a lot of the time. That's why I'm being kinda critical about it. I had very high expectations so it was a little disappointing.

@Commander: It didn't affect my enjoyment either, it's just most of the time I didn't feel any emotion, I just heard words. A game with a heavy story focus needs emotional power to thrive and the voices didn't really give it that unless Lloyd was the one talking. That's all I mean. The game is still great and fun to play xD

@Hukuna House: I've not played Dragon Quest 8 so I don't know about that. It's a great game, the voice acting just wasn't up...

I forgot there was a Symphonia 2, is that part of the Chronicles or can I get that separately? I already have the first one.

I personally think Abyss is incredible. I don't know about the PS2 version, but the 3DS version can sometimes be a little laggy in the overworld, but other than that I see absolutely no flaws in it. It's a brilliant game. The PS2 version is multiplayer as well which I'd assume makes it even better. It makes me wonder why the UK never got the PS2 v...
