[After 6th badge + lag]

Hello all I recently started playing Reborn again and I just defeated the 6th leader. I am unsure what I am meant to do next. Can anyone help me? Also, is there any way I can speed up the game? For some reason it is very laggy for me up to an extreme. My computer can handle other games with no issues so I don't know what's going on. It's been slow since I got it... I played through anyway XD because it's awesome but I'd like to clear it up if possible now. Thank you!!!

[Where do I go after beating Aya for the badge?]

go to where the kids got kidnapped go to the 1st gym walk left till you see train tracks follow those till you get 2 a turn turn keep walking till you see cain(purple hair character) make sure you teach someone strength

I am totally spacing out on where they got kidnapped. I can visualize the scene and all but it's been so long that I cant remember where it was exactly. Can you tell me what "Town" it's in? Thanks for your help btw >w<

I'm stuck running around the wasteland e.e' haven't played this game in a while so I'm pretty lost. Any hints? I'd appreciate it! Also... what is the shiny rate? Because I've already found a wingull, zubat, and 2 digletts @_@
