Could you catch a bewear? I know it might have trouble with aerodactyl and archeops but it does have fluffy which should allow you to tank any rock moves. If you pair it with someone like porygon2 or oranguru you could set up trick room and potentially sweep.

Imo nappy has been playing it a lot safer than the other members of the penta op crew except for maybe heated mo. For instance he has been the only one to keep his starter this long but part of it has been he's been using it minimally in major battles

I know its been said already but I'm amazed that Jay didn't wipe (I am mad he took a tynamo over the nidoran onto his main team tho). Has anyone else noticed how Nexus has developed a growing curiosity these past two episodes that could help them all finish the police sidequest? I understand that they are reading the comments more and thus are going through the game less blind now but I don't think they should dismiss nexus for exploring unknown areas since its a key part of the game.

I actually predict that chatot won't be a huge problem. In the current version of the game Taka's AI tends to setup a lot with nasty plot (which I assume is meant to emphasize Taka's lack of care for winning or losing the battle) so they'll definitely freak out when they see it but if they can take it out in 2-3 hits they should be fine. The real worry would be how many mons they lose to that pulse tangrowth in the forest field.

I think an anime with multiple characters being a couple if not all of reborn's protagonists would be cool. I know the beginning of the game kills of at least some of the other protagonists but the anime could follow a couple of the survivors similar to the way xyz handled both ash and alain or similar to how the manga handles each of the in-game player characters.

I was wondering if someone could change the gender of SEC's quagsire to make it possible to catch as a male? To my knowledge it only appears as female but I would like to catch it as a male quagsire. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreaciated

I would highly recommend a solid pokemon with swift swim like ludicolo, floatzel, etc. as some of the gym leaders ahead will have fields with natural rain or water surfaces

I assumed Cain's Cubone and later Marowak had some relation to Cain's own relationship to his mother and his general older sibling/guardian tendency towards those who don't have anyone to look out for them such as Heather. Cubone literally wears the skull of its dead Mom so Cain could relate to his own issues of not having an existing relationship with his Mother and being on his own. Plus you can find Cubone in the Byxbysion Wasteland which is where I assume Cain gets the majority of his surplus mons from early game

This may be a random question but is there any chance of Victoria going back to having Emboar as her starter in Ep18? I know its kind of dumb but I usually like to analyze other npc's based on their pokemon teams relating to their personality. For instance Primarina seems to fit Cain pretty well on the surface but I always thought Emboar's known deep care for its friends matched Victoria's caring nature for others. At the same time I can see Incineroar reflecting the more aggressive nature she develops after losing Kiki to Team Meteor and being betrayed by Cal.

Hey, I'm not sure if this should go in this thread or the bug reporting thread but every time I try to save my game I get a 'script is hanging' error and it takes an extra 2 min to save my game and then it has to restart. This only started happening when I started the Aelita arc that goes through sheridan and leads up to the Groudon fight. I can't tell if this is an error with the game or with lag on my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone confirm if decimation is a one-hit ko move or if it has like 100 bp and bypasses sturdy. Also does anyone know if the current version of yveltal has focus blast?

Its a double battle now so you really want to get two pokemon that can both take advantage of the field or attack simultaneously. You could get a grass type with growth to setup and sweep like budew or cherubi in east gearen city. I personally used a combo between roselia and vivillon with grass whistle on roselia to help stop Keta's pokemon from koing vivillon while it was attacking. Another idea I thought of was doing the Novae Battle Me help center mission in sheridan to get an eevee then evolve it into sylveon which could get pixilate+swift but that Novae fight is pretty hard itself pre-Keta. Any good psychic or fairy type that hits hard like musharna or clefairy would also probably be really helpful for this fight and the later fight against Revenant Keta

Where did the tm for workup get moved? tm 83 is now infestation and got put near the chrisola hotel instead so where's tm 01 workup?

Substitute Question

So I'm not entirely sure if this is a result of a bug or a field effect but every time I use substitute in Narcissa's gym battle after setting up the blessed field, her rotom manages to burn my pikachu through its substitute. I just need someone to help me figure out if this is a bug or if I'm just being stupid - if its a bug I can delete this and move it to the actual bug reporting thread.
