Where do I get the good rod?

Just to confirm the 2 ability / 3 ability theory.. and elaborate for those who are confused.. Zubat can have one of two abilitiies: Focus or Infiltrator (the hidden ability), I have seen both Zubats. Magby can have one of two abilities: Flame Body or Vitan Spirit (hidden), I have seen both Magbies Magikarp can have one of two abilities: Swift Swim or Rattled (hidden), I have seen both Magikarps. Budew can have one of three abilities: Natural Cure, Poison Poiint, or Leaf Guard (hidden), I have seen Natural Cure and Poison Point Budew, but NOT Leaf Guard. Abra can have one of three abilities: Inner Focus, Synchronize, or Magic Guard (hidden), I have seen Inner Focus and Synchronize, but NOT Magic Guard. hopefully this gets updated soon.. really want taht Magic Guard Abra
