In one save file I have based god gyarados almost 6-0ing gym leaders , in the other I use strategy , I am now at the end of episode 13 on both save files .

I- Noel's Cinccino out speed my Blaziken, did more than halve HP damage and flinch him? SB activates, out speed Cinccino OHKO
- Arceus out speed my Blaziken and left it with only 4 HP? SB activates, goes first this time, finish off Arceus the rest of it's HP
- Blaziken Solo Fern on Route 1
- Blaziken Solo Samson
- Charlotte Typhlosion out speed everything, Blaziken puts 1 Swords Dance and survives with less than halve HP. SB activates, out speed everything, OHKO Typhlosion, the rest was history
- Against the Doctor double team.....Even paralyze, Blaziken out speed everything....
the list goes on........
Damn , blaziken putting in work I see .

Well my team has had a lot of changes and rearranges. Playthrough one I had Charizard, Gyrados and Machamp. Literally all 60+ and the rest of the team was 45 and lower. Charizard or Machamp would lead and depending on the situation Gyrados would come in and ruin lives. His only downside was a double weak to electric but I gave him a cell battery (not sure if it actually did anything) and he survived plenty of electric attacks most memorable being a fight with Dr. Butt. On this playthrough I turned up the difficulty by not getting a fire starter and getting Geninja who is also a tad broken but this time Emolga. I think we can all say emolga can cripple anything and if you are lucky with paralyzing a slow or weaker poke then you can double team to +6 evade and then they can run a few matches like mine did. It's how I beat Corey.
Just noticed luck is helping out a lot of people even the Gyrados followers.
I saw many people saying that Emolga is amazing , I used it a little bit on my second playthough and I must admit it did save me during the double battle with Taka and Zel . Wanted to mention that I started my 2nd playthrough after episode 13 was released to experience something new , Corey s gym was a timer bomb for me , I basically had to beat him before I died by poison , it was quite intense .

Hey there, I started a new playthrough in Ep 13 because I wanted to explore the new features and everything. I went out of my way to obtain Drought Vulpix and it's been surprisingly helpful. I wouldn't say it's carried me through everything; that would be a hyperbole, nothing can carry you through everything. But it's been far more useful than I expected. It greatly weakened Plusles by destroying grass field with Flame Burst. It also destroyed Corey's corrosive mist (OK, got KO'd in the process, but still). Weakened Shelly's lead Masquerain and obviously dealt great damage to her team. As a Ninetales, negated Hail in the Ice gym, which is almost a necessity. Also, Will-o-Wisps everywhere... and Drought-boosted Flamethrowers, obviously. It's one of my favorite team members now. And I've literally never used Ninetales before.
Was going to use a vulpix but unlucky me got a vulpix without Drought , I did not have ability capsules so I had to get another fire type .

Definitely Gyarados for me, against all the Leaders (even the Electric one), he kills at least 3-4 Pokemon himself (sometimes 5
) every time. D Dance up = GG

Same here. It was mostly luck that carried me through most of those monster gym leaders except for Samson. Delphox carried me there (Stole Hariyama's rocky helmet and QQ samsoooooon).
I think I cursed up with Torterra on that battle and EQ everything
nope it wasnt crits, in the case of noel it was the 5 tail attacks from minchenno not flinching my flygon and some bad move choices from the leaders that made it happen i have been unlucky wiht crits when i need them

didnt have that on my first playthrough but with my second playthrough it seems to be luck more than a team member i lucked by shelly,shade, serra and noel. i wont be suprised if my team lucks its way through luna and samson either

I just wanted to ask , does anyone else that plays this game have someone that carries you through a gym ?
A perfect example for me is my vaporeon during charlottes gym battle , on my second playthough .
Every other pokemon of mine was getting demolished expect scrafty , who helped me with Head Smash , setting up Rain Dance and kept surfing was the way to go for me .
Another example is gyarados from my 1st playthough , this guy is in a higher degree though , he clutched it for me a LOT .

I would say , use vulpix BUT later on you can get a Darumaka . In my second playthough I used ponyta which you can get before the third gym and it was quite something but then replaced it with Darmanitan . Have fun playing this amazing game

Hardest: Pre patched Serra . I rage quit this game thanks to her .
Easiest: Samson or Charlotte .

I think the next gym leader will probably be either Saphira or another one from the circus .
Laura getting kicked out of the e4 ?? Bennette obviously achieves goals .
Getting to see Eclipses soul burn was quite something. So no more challenging double battles I guess...

I think a fast fighting type does the trick on this gym . As for the other gym leaders , this game is challenging , I destroyed some gym leaders but got beaten A LOT by others .

He can't get Zubat for Zubat is at the Bybyxbison(however the faq) wasteland nows. Ame changed it from Episode 10 to Episode 11.
I fought Sierra today on my second playthrough (first one being before she got nerfed) and was kinda disapointed , thinking that Ame made the game too easy . But it looks like she removed quite alot of pokemon so its good

Hmm... You're running Timid with 4 physical attacking moves? I suggest you change that. Just give Infernape "Flare Blitz" when you reach level 68 and you're set for now. I'd say Mach Punch in place of Strength for the priority, but you might be using it cuz you don't want a HM slave, so whatever.
When possible, give it some more coverage moves. And ask yourself later: Power over accuracy? If yes, keep Thunder. If no, keep Thunderbolt. You swap the other in the future.
Also, Electivire's Motor Drive is not it's HA, so keep that in mind for the future.
Nothing to say here. Bite > Rain Dance? Meh. We wait for other TMs on Gyarados. It's good as it is. You could maybe use Taunt, but this is no online battle, so whatever.
Good enough. Scrafty gets Dragon Dance if you breed it, but whatever. Change Brick Break to Drain Punch when possible ^^
Weird that you're using a Sp.Atk+ nature and 3 physical moves ^^ If you keep that, give it Air Slash in place of Bite, and Sludge Bomb (When possible) in place of Cross Poison. You can keep Acrobatics cuz it's powerful enough, but if you want to use an item, you could give it Roost and a Black Sludge, so it can survive more.
Personal opinion: Trace > Synchronize. Other than that, good movepool. Good for Gardevoir.
Last note: Infernape, Gyarados, Crobat, Scrafty, Gardevoir. You got the basic Reborn a.k.a the OU of Reborn right now. These pokemons are all very good for Reborn, and are recommended by everyone. Train some different stuff when possible. It's good for your health ^^

The main thing id suggest is to give Strength to Gyrados over Rain dance to make way for Mach punch on infernape. Rain dance does work well with your Electabuzz's thunder and the aqua tailbut otherwise there's no real gain. Take Advantage of Gyrados' Attack!
You guessed it . I basically learned gyarados rain dance so I could hit lunas *jub jub bird* with thunder . I also didnt know that gyarados can learn strength so thanks that change with mach punch should happen ^^

Acrobatics would help and of course trubbish should help too . In my second playthrough trubbish carried me in this gym

I picked chimchar since I already had an experience with him in a normal pokemon game and grew a bond with it. Second run I picked Froakie cause it is something different since I dont have a 6gen pokemon game

Btw im using focus bands because I dont have any useful items .

Give this man a medal . This post describes Reborn 100% . If you dont have the right pokemon with a good type coverage the struggle will be real .I remember when I had to beat Serra I had to train a magargo simply for her so he can lava plume the f*** out of her ... the restarts still hunt me ... BTW is it true that in episode 11 you dont get scruggy before the second gym ?

I need some help . Everytime I go to (the place that got destroyed by earthquakes but Team Meteor did ) and go to the top floor , after defeating the doctor , when Anna says * Im going after him ) and Cain goes in front of her nothing happens (there isnt a dialogue , I cant move , I cant enter the menu or anything but the music keeps playing what should I do ?

The future sight shows the location where you have to go to progress the puzzle . For example the first one if I am not mistaken shows you where to break the glass .
