What level does it learn Earthquake in Pokemon reborn because if I'm not mistaken it's supposed to learn it at level 37 or 40 on of the two but mine is a level 42 and still hasn't learnt it yet

Forgot to say my Scrafty would annihilate her Gengar with crunch 1HKO every time I usually do research on the next gym leader before i face off against them so I can train a poke to 1HKO most of their Pokemon every time, for me Fern has been the biggest Challenge in the game lol.

I took my numel and trained it in Pyrous Mountain before Kiki's gym so that by the time i reached aya I was well prepared with my woobat,gardevoir,swampert, electabuzz (for tentacruel) and my camerupt easiest gym for me to be honest and florinia

. Got it sorted now found the elekid even though I had to use 6 ultra balls to catch it... -
The weather is raining and it's night but elekid is not showing up on top of the building where it is supposed to be is there something that triggers it or what time should i set it to be

I have found the building where you can find elekid I have changed the date and time so it's night and raining, but he is not appearing I haven't beaten the poison gym leader yet so maybe I have to do that is there something specific that you have to do to find it or something

On that it says 46 but on Serebi.net it say level 37
oh well I'll just go and train at Pyrous Mountain for a while
