ok so now the little guy is aimlessly walking through everything and if i try to communicate with it, he'll just stare at me and swagger off. guess its bugged.

not sure if pichu can only be found during certain times/weather or not but i went on the roof and he was on top of the next door roof wandering around out of reach. went back in and then back out again and he's no where to be found :/
