I've been breeding blaze fennekins with imposter dittos, hatched like 30 eggs and all of them were non-HA. on the other hand, protean froakies have been popping up a lot when i breed a protean froakie with a limber ditto. As it stands the rumours about Ditto passing HAs is false.
According to sources I found on the internet by googling "Breeding Pokemon Generation 6", a male Pokemon can pass down a HA when breeding with Ditto, however the HA needs to be on the Pokemon of the species you are breeding, not on Ditto...
