  1. Kay, so, this is my first real RMT, so sorry if the descriptions are suckish or nonexistant or something. I'm posting this mostly to find any way to improve my chances against the league.

    376.gif609.gif121.gif149.gif593.gif257.gif

    376.gif@ Lum Berry

    Trait: Clear Body

    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd

    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Bullet Punch

    - Stealth Rock

    - Earthquake

    - Meteor Mash

Metagross is here mainly to set up rocks and punch a few holes occasionally. Max attack for punchpower and health so it can tank some of those annoying Earthquakes and such. I'm investing mostly into it's attacking prowess with the nature and such cuz with moves like Bullet Punch, it can still beat up annoying guys despite it's low speed.

    609.gif @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Flash Fire / Shadow Sneak

    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

    - Hidden Power [Fighting]

    - Energy Ball

    - Shadow Ball

    - Heat Wave

Chandelure's here mostly as a revenge killer. With it's massive special attack stat combined with Shadow Tag, if the battle isn't doubles or triples, it usually will have no problem taking out anything it needs to. Flash Fire's also an option in case I feel like using Metagross as firebait. Chandelure's scarfness allow me to run it's EVs and nature to full Special Attack.

    121.gif@ Life Orb / Leftovers

    Trait: Natural Cure

    EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd

    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

    - Rapid Spin

    - Ice Beam

    - Surf

    - Thunderbolt

Starmie's job is to use Rapid Spin to get rid of enemy hazards and also to be a solid special attacker. Starmie's pretty darn fast and combined with it's BoltBeam+Surf coverage, it shouldn't have many problems taking a thing or two out. I can also use it to tank status effects thanks to it's ability Natural Cure. I'll go Life Orb if my opponents are something Starmie can handle offensively and Leftovers if the battle calls for more use of Rapid Spin.

    149.gif @ Lum Berry

    Trait: Multiscale

    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd

    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

    - Fire Punch

    - Dragon Dance

    - Dragon Claw

    - ExtremeSpeed

Dragonite is one of those set-up sweepers on my team. I opted for Dragon Claw over Outrage for safety, and ExtremeSpeed over, say, Rock Slide or Earthquake because I already have plenty of hit-everyone moves in my team and felt that more priority would do me good. His typing also works well with Metagross's Earthquake and Ludicolo's surf in double/triple battles, taking no damage or little from them, respectively.

    593.gif @ Leftovers

    Trait: Water Absorb

    EVs: 252 HP / 36 Def / 220 SDef

    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

    - Scald

    - Will-O-Wisp

    - Recover

    - Ice Beam

Jellicent's here because I didn't really have any good tanks outside of maybe Metagross and Dragonite (neither of which play a tanking role) and even then they're a bit better on the physically defensive side. Jellicent's special tankiness works well with that. The reason I chose Jellicent over, say, Eviolite Chansey is for it's ability Water Absorb. This lets it play well with Ludicolo's Surf or against anyone trying to hurt Chandelure or Blaziken.

    257.gif @ Air Balloon

    Trait: Speed Boost

    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Rock Slide

    - Hone Claws

    - Flare Blitz

    - Hi Jump Kick

Blaziken is a must in any team I make. Unless it's a specific mono or weather team, I have to find room for it. In this case it's here to abuse it's Speed Boost ability with Hone Claws to boost it's attack and accuracy. The accuracy boost synergizing with moves like Rock Slide and Hi Jump Kick is why I chose it over Swords Dance. Air balloon also lets it switch in on incoming earthquakes or lets it play well with Metagross, even though it's only for one turn most of the time.

    Import:

    Daigo (Metagross) @ Lum Berry

    Trait: Clear Body

    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd

    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Bullet Punch

    - Stealth Rock

    - Earthquake

    - Meteor Mash

Onibi (Chandelure) (F) @ Choice Scarf

    Trait: Flash Fire

    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

    - Hidden Power [Fighting]

    - Energy Ball

    - Shadow Ball

    - Heat Wave

    Hoshi (Starmie) @ Life Orb

    Trait: Natural Cure

    EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd

    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

    - Rapid Spin

    - Ice Beam

    - Surf

    - Thunderbolt

Kishi (Dragonite) (M) @ Lum Berry

    Trait: Multiscale

    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd

    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

    - Fire Punch

    - Dragon Dance

    - Dragon Claw

    - ExtremeSpeed

    Joō (Jellicent) (F) @ Leftovers

    Trait: Water Absorb

    EVs: 252 HP / 36 Def / 220 SDef

    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

    - Scald

    - Toxic

    - Recover

    - Ice Beam

Chaka (Blaziken) (F) @ Air Balloon

    Trait: Speed Boost

    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Rock Slide

    - Hone Claws

    - Flare Blitz

    - Hi Jump Kick

    Didn't Make the Cut:

    272.gif @ Life Orb

    Trait: Swift Swim

    EVs: 32 HP / 252 SAtk / 224 Spd

    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

    - Giga Drain

    - Rain Dance

    - Ice Beam

    - Surf

Ludicolo works mostly as an anti-weather. With rain up it can sweep with it's boosted Swift Swim speed, out-speeding most anything that isn't scarfed. It's typing allows it to come in on ground or water type moves with ease and set up rain/abuse it.

Ludicolo's really cool, but nothing on my team could really benefit from the rain it brings, so I switched it out with Starmie, who can also provide Rapid Spin support as well as more coverage from moves like Thunderbolt.
