Dear Devs and Community, I reached the point in the game, Chapter 7 of "A Telia Fire and Ice" and I reached where I am supposed to be at Terajuma Beach for the festivities, but when I reach the said beach, there is nothing. I have ran the following: Walked all over the map to see if I missed any trigger tile. Talked to any NPC that may trigger the event other than the food that is brought to you in the very beginning. After those, I did an updater on the game to see if that would fix it, and it didn't. Boom, I came here lol. It's worth mentioning I did quests before the Terejuma Beach Festival, so in my best guess, I may have bugged the event/trigger? Then again, what do I know.
