So I am at the part of the quest where I have to go meet on the beach at night. I finished my side quests and went to the help center to turn them in, after doing this, it reverted my game back to 9:30am and I can't get the timer to progress at all so I can't move forward with the game. Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve this?
