So does this mean that when v14 comes out, I'll be able to continue my playthrough with my v13.5 save?

First time player/poster. Hoping I'm not breaking any etiquette. I can't find an answer on the wiki. I sold most my cell batteries in the really early game because I was short on money and didn't know about the cash farming Pokemon trainers. Now I'm at the point where I could get the Raltz if I had them. Is there some way I can get more, or am I locked out entirely?
