I don’t think there’s a legitimate mod that lets you teleport out and return to the exact point mid-quest - most builds lock progression until you finish the Devon Corp sequence. Your best bet without cheating is to grind in the areas you have access to before triggering that part of the quest, or use XP-boost items/Duplicates to speed up training. If you’re open to a quality-of-life save editor, there are tools that let you warp or add XP, but those are effectively cheating rather than a proper mod. Otherwise just powering through with battle items and EV-friendly spots nearby is the safer way.
