Hello, Can encounters be randomized to match the base stat total of the typical Pokémon in that area? For instance, if you would encounter a Bidoof, could it be randomized into a Patrat instead of a Yveltal? I've watched some Pokémon YouTubers play randomizers of popular games with this rule, and I'm eager to try it out on Reborn.
