Hello, I'm stuck at Charlotte. She pretty much moped the floor with me. And I need TM Rain Dance which I know is in 7th Street. Is there a way I can go there? Or alternatively is there a Pokémon I can catch that's fast enough or tanky enough to land a Rain Dance in the Charlotte fight?
