show attack description mid-battle (UI)

like mid-battle. just hovering over the move, press a key and then switching to the description, showing the attack power, physical or spc. attack, the type etc. its implemented in many pokemon games. -
as the title says .. im playing pokemon games for almost 20 years now but with all that new attacks and types and forms it gets quite overwhelming on remembering all atacks and stats.. ive played rom hacks before where u could highlight attacks in UI and switch to their description in battle.. is there something similar for reborn ? ive tried searching the forum but couldnt find anything. thx :)
