[how to debug ending after challenging member of elite four with limited saves]

Hi, after a lot of looking, i realised i was on the lin route after beating Lin 2 times on that route. However, i was sad to see that i couldnt go onto the "good" ending because of a switch that wasn't flipped for some reason ( taka's lonely club wasn't on even though i took him with me?)  and i didn;t have a backup that went before the first battle of the elite four. If i flip the switch in my earliest save will it alter the route?

Found all the police officers before fighting Ace in the Jungle (unsure)

Defeated Solaris atop Pyrous Mountain

Refuse to fight Sigmund at Yureyu

Saved saphira instead of twins at belrose

Sided with Radomus at Citae Astrae, then defeat El

Didnt give Blake the Ruby Ring

Refused to fight Taka at the WTC

Allowed Taka to join me in the desert

But I was saved by Takas chatot at victory road
