hey all I have been looking for bonsly for the past 3 hours on sped up mode too and no dice. I am at badge 16, I tried searching both day and night in obsidia park and surrounding areas where the pokedex says bonsly can be found. Is it really supposed to be this difficult? Has anyone else found him? I know its a rare encounter but I have found 4 shinies thus far and still no bonsly.

Thank you so much man! I have no idea how to self-trade from another save file though, is there a forum post about that? I can't find anything on here or on youtube!

Tried this ^, didn't work unfortunately...

Is there any way to get back released pokemon? Or some way to re-encounter these "special" type pokemon?
