Has anyone solved the "Hidden Gems" quest on Arcanius yet? I made it to the place where the scientist is staring at the rock wall, saying something about brute force not being the answer. I touched the crystal next to him, got a prompt that something changed in the area and have been completely unable to figure out what that was.

I completed it and looked at the log, so if I remember correctly:

 

Touching the crystal shatters 3 others in the forest. 1 is by the Great Tree. So just interact with it to pick up the shard and then go find the other 2. Return to the Gemologist.

Top left store in Celia Central, cost 25 credits, I believe the quest line starts with a lady in Celia Docks

 

From previous posts, it seems her inventory changes depending on how many badges you have

 

The Magby I caught at Vejyr had one as a held item
