[Pokemon Rejuvenation V13.03 Debug]

Hello so my game is buggy and I don't. Know how to fix this. So I'm trying to enter Goomy castle I can't coz Ben isn't there. Two my forest restoration quest I cannot reqruit the last two people from Golden wood, and the bridge builder here is my file if you need it

Okay so I apologize for this being in the wrong forum but I can't find Rejuvenation help. So my problem here: This is 13.0.5

The Forest restoration quest is buggy, I cannot reqruit the bridge builder in Terajuma and then the girl from Goldenwood.

Quest number 2 buggy is the Ice-Cream quest line. So I had the berried planted,

one or two still in my inventory and everytime I went back to the trees I only got one berry keeping me at 3 of these berries thus unable to fulfill the quest.

My computer screen blew and after 4 months of not playing I return to find that all my berries are gone (even the planted and inventory ones) 

I cannot revert to an old save file so can someone please help?
