[Route 4 Campfire hidden item]

I was exploring the lower part of Route 4, just outside of Calcenon City, when I stumbled across a campfire that was glistening like there was a hidden item. When I interacted with it, I got a message like "something glimmers in the cinders of the fire, but it's impossible to pull it out. Maybe a spark would do it"...but I haven't been able to figure out what I'm supposed to do. I've tried bringing pokemon in the party that know Spark but that didn't do anything. Does anyone have an idea? Maybe a held item I'm not thinking of?

Missed the initial tropius event because of constant rain. Pokedex says he's in the jungle as wild encounter, so I went on a sunny day like the original event. Can't find them. Not sure if bug or sneakiest tree I've ever seen.

 

EDIT: Nevermind, tropius event is still there post resstoration, just new spot for it.

Where is the new spot? I have been looking around sunny Rhodocrine jungle for a while and can't find it
