[Trouble finding Hidden Library guy in Gearen in 13.5]

I've looked and looked and I cannot find the guy who is asking about the hidden library in Gearen (quest from help center). I don't know if it's a bug or is it something I didn't do help! 

[Need help with under root]

Okey, I did that, but still one tree remains and it's the closest one to SOME exit from a cave (East side of the underroot) to which I have no idea gow to get to... :(

[Pumpkaboo and Scraggy]

I have Soul Candle in my possesion, but not a single pumkin reacts to it. Is there something else I need in ep19? 

The same goes for Scraggy, I have the Dull Key, but I can't find the place, where it should be used in Obsydia Slums. 

Anybody, please??
