[Fire Fang TM not working?]

Fire fang is an egg move,which are the same for all forms.So he should be able to learn it

I wanted to teach my lycanroc fire fang so I bought the TM at Kristiline town but after I select the TM Lycanroc can't seem to learn it despite the game telling me otherwise a second before
