These are the only mods I have loaded. I dont think I have any external mods here

 

Edit: I did some testing. If RelearnMovesAnywhere mod is enabled it appears but if it is not enabled, it doesn't appear even if buy it from the move relearner.

I have found a bug.
If mods are loaded, the relearn option doesn't appear when selecting pokemon.

[Renegade save]

I have completed the paragon route and it looks like renegade route is very fun to play. Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to play long hours to reach that point. I also remember most of the main story so I am unable to find motivation to play either. Would anyone be kind enough to share their renegade save at the end of v13? Thanks
