They give a good amount of experience and can go to level 45 iirc. if you aren't there yet, just try to hold out until you get to there in the story. 0 Serythe Posted February 14, 2015 Share Posted February 14, 2015 Not sure if these pokemon will be too much of a higher level, but - if you can use rock smash - near the abandoned power plant in Beryl Ward there's a cave requiring rock smash to get into it.
